History

Kingsman Realty and Development Corporation (KRADC) was formed through the determination of Broker Alvin Ico and top seller agents of his team to create a realty company who value the works and hardship of agents to give best service to clients.

Started back 2016, when a tremendous increase of sales with Ico’s agents began, and an idea of creating a new realty company genuinely popped to his mind to support the needs of agents for their daily transaction. It took two (2) years of gathering additional experience in real estate industry and improving agent’s ability to sell properties before the company officially starts.

Mission and Vision

Kingsman Realty and Development Corporation (KRADC) aims to provide excellent real estate SERVICE for its customer – the SELLER, the BUYER and its own AGENTS. KRADC helps to boost sales and achieve sales targets of SELLER/Developer for the betterment of both sides and the country.

KRADC helps the BUYER to find their best home deals for their money and investments through providing information and educating them. KRADC helps AGENTS/individuals achieve their dreams by providing fair/transparent sales transaction and continuously improving marketing skills
